Operations Manager - Field force Reporting

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Field force Reporting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, client relations, and development triage. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Field force Reporting.• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.• Development Triage: Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and manage development tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:• Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in Field force Reporting or a related domain.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.• Skills:o Strong leadership and team management skills.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o Proficiency in project management tools and software.o Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.o Good Exposure to Commercial Pharma data. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in Field force Reporting or a similar domain.• Familiarity with development triage processes.• Advanced certifications in operations management or project management.
