This is a role for someone who can build desire in the real world and win where shoppers now discover and buy — online.As our Single Malt Specialist & e‑Commerce Lead for Southern California, you’ll be the in‑market face of our luxury single malt portfolio, driving advocacy and activation across high‑opportunity retail, e‑retail and premium on‑premise outlets, while taking a leading role in how our brands show up, convert and grow through online partners.If you love the craft and storytelling of luxury spirits, and you also enjoy the commercial challenge of building visibility and momentum digitally, this is your stage.What you’ll be known forBuilding brand advocacy that sticks. You’ll turn trade partners, account teams and venue staff into confident advocates, the people who recommend, re‑recommend and build loyalty.Owning the e‑Commerce opportunity. You’ll help shape the approach to online retail in-market, ensuring listings, visibility, education and activation's are working hard, not just “live.”Creating standout luxury experiences. From tastings and trainings to premium events and partnerships, you’ll bring the brands to life in a way that earns attention and builds mental availability.Delivering commercial results with credibility. You’ll combine relationship‑building and follow‑through with strong planning, tracking and a sharp eye for what drives premium performance.What you’ll doPartner closely with importer/wholesaler and trade customers to maximize distribution, visibility and activationMake regular calls on priority retail, e‑retail and premium on‑premise accountsDeliver compelling training's and tastings that turn “interest” into advocacyLead and support e‑commerce opportunities: activation planning, account engagement, and ensuring the digital shelf tells the right storyBuild third‑party partnerships that open doors to the right audiences (clubs, luxury partners, networks)Use social/digital channels to amplify the brands locally and drive engagementWhat we’re looking forYou don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely bring:A genuine passion for luxury spirits (single malt experience is a big plus)Strong relationship skills, you can influence without ego and build trust quicklyConfidence working with distribution and commercial partnersComfort with digital/e‑commerce environments (and curiosity about what makes them work)Event, activation and in‑market brand building experienceA balanced style: polished enough for luxury, practical enough to executeWhy this role stands outBecause it’s not just brand ambassador.
