We offer more competitive commission splits than many larger firms, along with direct mentorship and hands-on experience to help you learn the business from the ground up.What You’ll DoSource and develop new business opportunities through cold call outreach, networking, and market research Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants Assist in underwriting, market analysis, and deal execution Support senior brokers while gradually building your own book of business Stay informed on market trends and local commercial real estate activity What We’re Looking ForHighly motivated self-starter with a strong internal drive to succeedExcellent relationship-building ability with strong interpersonal instinctsFoundational understanding of finance and/or real estate principlesComfortable working with numbers and financial conceptsQuick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environmentProactive, go-getter mindset with the resilience to handle rejection, make consistent outreach, confidently pitch opportunities, and generate new businessCollaborative team player who contributes to a positive, accountable culture Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial real estateCompensation & ExpectationsThis is a commission-only role with no income ceiling—you truly make what you earn. While the upside is significant, it’s important to understand the ramp-up period: most new agents do not earn a paycheck for the first 6–8 months as they build their pipeline and client relations. Avg list to close period for one specific deal can be 6-10months.
