Strategic Program Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Planner to support facilities strategy, workplace planning, and portfolio management initiatives.This is a great opportunity for a senior-level professional with experience in facilities planning, workplace strategy, space planning, occupancy planning, and project/program management.The successful candidate will lead complex, multi-building initiatives and work closely with business leaders, facilities teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve workplace environments and optimize facility space.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-building facilities projects and workplace transformation initiatives.Manage space consolidation and occupancy planning projects.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.Support workplace strategy, space planning, furniture programming, and portfolio optimization.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks and deliverables.Track project performance, timelines, and key metrics.Support capital planning and long-term facilities strategy.Analyze space utilization and occupancy data to support business decisions.Coordinate facilities, design, construction, and workplace improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 10 years.Strong experience in facilities planning and workplace strategy.Experience with space planning and occupancy planning.Experience independently managing complex, multi-building programs.Knowledge of facilities operations, design, construction, workplace standards, and asset management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointAutoCADMicrosoft ProjectPreferred QualificationsThe following are a plus:PMP certificationCFM certificationFMP certificationCertified Interior DesignerExperience developing executive-level presentations and business cases.Experience supporting enterprise facilities programs.Workplace transformation experience.Portfolio planning experience.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a background as a:Facilities ManagerFacilities PlannerWorkplace StrategistWorkplace Program ManagerSpace Planning ManagerFacilities Project/Program ManagerCandidates should have experience managing multi-site facilities or workplace programs and be comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leadership.Dexian is a leadingProvider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
