Shipping and Forklift Operator Location: Detroit Lakes, MN Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Shipping Forklift Driver workers for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll support accurate, on-time shipment of finished goods while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. What You'll Do as a Shipping and Forklift Operator: Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to pull, load, and move finished goods Prepare outbound shipments by labeling, documenting, and verifying accuracy Maintain organized inventory and track goods using computer systems Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized Inspect pallets and equipment, reporting damage or repair needs Assist on the production floor when time allows What You Need to Bring to the Shipping and Forklift Operator: High school diploma or GED Ability to operate forklifts (Hilo), lifts, and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours when needed Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
