The Client Operation team is seeking a Project Manager with project management and technical skills to help support the growth and development of our internal program's operational tools , which include:SharePoint: Internal team sites to manage team communications and documentationSMaRT : staff management automation and reporting toolMajor ResponsibilitiesProjectsMeet with Client stakeholders, understand the stakeholder needs and document their needs in a requirement repositoryLiaison between Client business stakeholders and technical stakeholdersEngage and manage the stakeholders, processes, and technology that will accomplish the objectives of the project and operational processesIdentify and design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power PlatformDevelop and manage the timeline of projects , forecast time and budget spend, and resource allocationPartner with and assist the development team during the development and testing phases: unit, functional, and user acceptanceDevelop and publish communication plan for the project's deploymentDevelop, publish, and educate the stakeholders on deployment and its planDevelop and maintain training and user documentationCreate and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholdersDaily SupportOnboard new programs into the Client staff management applications and processSupport the diverse staff management programs in the application and processesCoordinate and support the staff management program administrators with their program personnel changes and business support needsCapture issues and enhancement requests, document in the backlogPerform initial analysis to define the issue or enhancement; using SQL and analysis of Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI applicationsQualifications6+ years working in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projectsExperience managing 2 or more projects concurrently and the projects are in different phasesAble to document the output of stakeholder interactions in written and flow diagramsAbility to think through the logical unit of work and conduct a complete impact analysisAble to develop good working relationships between all stakeholdersHighly skilled in relational databaseWorking knowledge VISIOHands‐on knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (for app building), Power Automate (for workflow automation), Power BI (for data analysis)Experience with Agile projects and methodologyExcellent communication skills: able to take disparate information and present it in a complete, accurate, and concise mannerAdditional Skill Set, preferredSmartsheet developmentAbout US Tech SolutionsUS Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
