Lead Program Manager - Enterprise Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage multiple, concurrent enterprise-level programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures in alignment with organizational goals. Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Establish and maintain robust program management processes, standards, and best practices. Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects. Facilitate executive-level decision-making and provide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships across various departments and external partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function and promote a culture of excellence. Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for programs to ensure efficient utilization. Champion effective communication and collaboration strategies for distributed teams.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in program and project management, with a significant portion focused on enterprise-wide initiatives. Proven experience leading and managing large, complex, cross-functional programs. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead remote project teams effectively. Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and software development lifecycles. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is required. Experience with financial management and budget control for large programs.
