Procurement Analyst

Procurement AnalystThe Procurement Analyst provides administrative and analytical support for the procure-to-pay process across Quanta Services' project portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement data, supporting purchase order administration, and coordinating between procurement, accounting, and project teams to ensure timely and compliant processing of purchasing transactions.Support end-to-end procure-to-pay activities including purchase order creation, tracking, and closeoutMaintain and update procurement data in ERP systems to ensure accuracy of commitments, invoices, and vendor recordsCoordinate with accounts payable, project controls, and project teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment status issuesGenerate and distribute procurement reports including spend summaries, open PO aging, and commitment trackingSupport vendor setup, maintenance, and onboarding in accordance with company policiesAssist with contract compliance tracking and documentation management for procurement activitiesIdentify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to implement corrections and process improvementsPerform additional duties as required to support procurement and project controls operationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)2+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or project controls administrationWorking knowledge of procure-to-pay processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor managementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within ERP or procurement systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactional data accuratelyEffective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across procurement, finance, and project teamsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFlexible work optionsEducational assistanceWellness and Mental Health programsPaid Paternal Care LeaveEmployee Referral ProgramVolunteer Time OffLearning and Development ProgramsOffice Amenities and Perks
