Front Desk Manager
Job Location: In-Person, $45-50K/Year, Rotating Day & Night Shifts, 5-Day Work Week, Full-Time
Our client is a leading hospitality provider dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences, and they want you to join their team as a Front Desk Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Front Desk Manager:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
Manage the check-in and check-out process, including payments and room assignments
Handle reservations by phone, online, and in person while maintaining accurate records
Answer phone calls and emails, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Address and resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally
Your skills and experience:
Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems a plus
Flexible availability for rotating day and night shifts
