Interim Pharmacy Manager (PIC) | Georgetown, DE | July 7 - July 22, 2026 We're seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Manager / PIC for a short-term interim assignment at a rehabilitation hospital in Georgetown, Delaware. Rehabilitation Hospital July 7, 2026 - July 22, 2026 Full-Time | up to 40 Hours/Week 36-Bed Rehabilitation Hospital This is a working Pharmacy Manager role requiring both pharmacy staffing and PIC oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities Include: ✓ Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) ✓ Provide pharmacy staffing coverage ✓ Supervise pharmacy operations and support pharmacy technicians ✓ Ensure regulatory and operational compliance ✓ Support medication management for an inpatient rehabilitation setting Preferred Qualifications: • Hospital pharmacy experience • Previous PIC or pharmacy leadership experience • IV compounding experience required • Experience with Pyxis and/or WellSky preferred • Ability to step into a fast-paced interim leadership assignment Additional Information: • Pharmacy Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM • Supported by Cardinal Health Remote Order Entry Services • No chemotherapy compounding • 340B experience not required • Weekend/on-call coverage may be required Excellent opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist seeking a short-term leadership assignment with immediate impact.
