Construction Program Manager 3Join a dynamic team responsible for overseeing high-risk, non-traditional power delivery projects, including behind-the-meter natural gas fueled generation, islanded infrastructure solutions, and aggressive energization schedules.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Systems, or related technical discipline8 years of experience supporting electrical infrastructure delivery, utility coordination, or mission-critical construction projects7 years of experience in Gas power plant, Gas generation, PipelineStrong technical understanding of high voltage substations, transmission & distribution systems, utility interconnections, energization sequencing, backup generation, and BTM solutionsExperience managing delivery risks for large infrastructure or datacenter projectsDatacenter delivery experienceExperience with lease provider coordination and MSFT Exhibit F technical requirementsFamiliarity with utility outage management and RCA processesExperience supporting AI or accelerated delivery programsExperience working with hyperscale datacenter infrastructureExperience coordinating across utilities, contractors, developers, and operations teamsStrong communication and escalation management skillsAbility to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneouslyPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Datacenter delivery experienceExperience with lease provider coordination and MSFT Exhibit F technical requirementsFamiliarity with utility outage management and RCA processesExperience supporting AI or accelerated delivery programsExperience working with hyperscale datacenter infrastructurePE, PMP, or similar industry certifications preferredDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Monitor, control, and report energy delivery risks across active AMER lease projectsProactively identify power delivery risks, schedule delays, and critical path impactsMaintain structured risk registers, issue logs, and escalation trackingProvide oversight of energy milestone tracking for leased datacenter projectsCoordinate with natural gas and power providers and lessorsSupport construction ROBs and escalation forums for critical projectsServe as a key technical coordination point between internal stakeholders and external lease providers/utilitiesEnsure compliance with Exhibit F obligations and lease-related technical requirementsProduce recurring readiness reports, risk summaries, and executive-level escalation materialsCompany Benefits & Culture:Opportunity to work on first-of-kind delivery strategies within the AMER portfolioEngage in high-risk, innovative projects with a focus on resilience and sustainabilityCollaborative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth
