Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Notary Public based in Riverside, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Notary Public will be responsible for performing notarizations of legal documents, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, and conducting research necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves assisting clients with family law-related documentation and upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications Notary certification and experience in performing notarizations.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and strong understanding of Family Law principles.Ability to review and ensure compliance with Legal and Law-related documentation requirements.Strong Research skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Proficiency in using technology, including document management software and productivity tools.Prior experience working in a legal or notary-related role is a plus.
