Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!What You’ll DoGreet guests as they arrive in the Service driveCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicleOffer solutions and added services to guestsPrepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guestProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changesAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index ScoreProcess monetary transactionsWhat You’ll NeedFull time availability.
