This full-time role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, actively support sales performance, and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience through outstanding service, product knowledge, and sales-driven support.This position comes at an important time for the retail team, and the new hire will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the brand's ongoing growth and presence in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance the shopping experienceAchieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performanceUse effective sales techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling, to increase basket size and revenueBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyaltyHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional, solution-oriented mannerDeliver a high standard of customer service aligned with brand expectationsSupport visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is consistently well-presented and aligned with brand guidelinesAssist with stock monitoring, replenishment, and coordination with the stock team to ensure product availabilityStay informed on product features, campaigns, and promotions to provide accurate and engaging information to customersContribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to achieve store goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and store standardsPerform additional duties as required to support store operationsRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in home textile retailingSales and target-oriented mindsetStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standardsHigh motivation and energyStrong problem-solving and planning abilitiesDisciplined working approachStrong brand representation skillsAuthorized to work in the U.S.$22 - $26 an hourReady to present a world renowned brand in the retail industry?
