Apply today and join a team that changes lives!Location: Across Cape CodCompensation: $48.00-$50.40 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Monitor and respond to the daily health needs of residentsCoordinate and schedule preventive, specialized, and emergency healthcare appointmentsOversee medication management, including ordering, administration, and documentation per DPH, MAPS, and agency policiesMonitor medical treatment to ensure follow-through by program staffAct as a liaison between families, referring agencies, and community resources regarding medical needsOrganize and participate in psychiatric consults and medication reviewsMaintain accurate resident medical records and required program reportsObtain MAP certification as a Train-the-Trainer and ensure staff are properly trained and supportedProvide in-service training and medical education, including health and human sexuality topicsParticipate in intake and discharge planning, including hospital discharge coordinationMaintain adequate medical supply inventoryAssist in program development, implementation, and evaluationProvide direct care support as neededRotate on-call responsibilities for one week at a timeRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in nursingRelevant nursing experience requiredPsychiatric or special needs experience preferredValid driver’s licenseMA Registered Nursing licenseBenefits:Generous 5 weeks of Paid Time OffTop-notch health plans (with Latham covering the first 75% of the deductible through an HRA)Tuition reimbursement for continuous learningChildcare reimbursement403(b) Retirement fund match to secure your future (up to 5%)Temporary individual housing may be available, based on availabilityLatham Centers, Inc.
