Data Engineer (SQL)

Full-TimePermanent HireSalary Range: $100,000-$110,000Reporting Mode: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote per week from choice of office location either Canton, Massachusetts or Midtown Manhattan, New YorkWe’re looking for a Data Engineer to transform, standardize, and model data that powers the business. This role focuses on improving existing ETL pipelines, building new ones to support evolving business needs, and refactoring legacy data pipelines into reliable, scalable, and maintainable data workflows. Also creating new data tables, fields and objects to support upcoming business needs.ResponsibilitiesTransform, standardize, and aggregate raw data into business-ready datasetsMaintain and enhance existing data pipelines, including making code updates to current pipeline loadsDesign and build new ETL pipelines to support new data sources and business requirementsDevelop and maintain SQL-based data models, including creating new tables and leveraging existing tablesDevelop SQL views and proceduresImprove pipeline reliability, performance, and readability by simplifying and standardizing SQL logicPartner with business and analytics stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable data solutionsTroubleshoot data quality issues and pipeline failures, ensuring accurate and timely data deliveryRequired Skills & Experience3+ years data engineering experience.Bachelor's degreeStrong SQL skills, including complex queries, transformations, and data modelingHands-on experience working with ETL pipelines and data transformationsExperience using SQL tools such as DBeaver and/or SQL WorkbenchAbility to work with existing legacy pipelines and refactor them into cleaner, more maintainable solutions---------------------------Compensation Statement.
