You’ll be at the forefront of agentic AI deployment.What You’ll DoCustomer Onboarding & Adoption• Own the Experience: Map customer workflows, configure the platform, and launch their first AI agents.• Build Trust: Guide non-technical users through their first AI interactions with patience and clear communication.• Scale the Process: Refine onboarding playbooks and checklists that will become the company’s GTM engine.Ongoing Customer Partnership• Technical Point of Contact: Monitor adoption metrics and troubleshoot issues in real time. You are the first responder when a user is confused or something breaks.• Evolve the Solution: As clients mature, you’ll customize their AI agents to handle more advanced use cases.• Industry Expertise: Become indispensable by understanding the client’s business as deeply as you understand our technology.Product Feedback & Requirements• Translate Pain Points: Turn customer gaps and feature requests into structured requirements for the engineering team.• Spot Patterns: Identify when multiple clients hit the same friction point and advocate for platform-level solutions.• Participate in Planning: Bring real-world data and user quotes to product sessions to ensure we build what actually matters.Who You Are• The Bridge: You have 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or technical account management.• The Communicator: You can explain complex AI to a CEO and precise technical needs to an engineer. This is your superpower.• Technical Fluency: You are not a full-time dev, but you can read code, use APIs, write basic scripts, and you aren't afraid of a terminal.• AI Curious: You have experience with AI/LLM systems and understand prompting and agent behavior.• Consulting DNA: You are comfortable navigating organizational politics and building relationships with stakeholders.• Empathy-First: You genuinely enjoy helping people who are intimidated by technology.Even Better If: You’ve worked with LangChain/CrewAI, have a background in management consulting, or have experience in a high-intensity startup "wearing many hats."Compensation & Benefits• Salary Range: $85,000 – $130,000 (Commensurate with experience).• Equity: Meaningful founding-team equity package.• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); flexible PTO.• Location: Hybrid in Atlanta (Buckhead) (3 days in-office).
