Role Description We are seeking a Lead Pastry Chef to lead Mirae’s pastry program. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in a fast-paced, high-level kitchen in Brookhaven, GA. Must be able to commute to Brookhaven, GA. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and highly creative—someone who thrives on precision, presentation, and innovation within the pastry arts. You will oversee all aspects of the pastry kitchen, from recipe development and production to plating and presentation. Responsibilities include: Qualifications Designing and executing a dessert program that reflects Mirae’s modern Asian fusion identity. Developing and overseeing Mirae’s bread service, ensuring artisanal quality and a signature style that complements the menu. Preparing and baking a variety of pastries with consistency and artistry. Managing ingredient inventory and ensuring cost control. Upholding food quality and presentation standards at the highest level. Leading and mentoring pastry team members.
