Network Scheduler

Network SchedulerAs a Network Scheduler, your mission is to plan and maintain project-specific schedules that support the execution of prime equipment orders while monitoring engineering and production milestones. You will report to the Order Center Supervisor. You will Generate and customize SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects while identifying and resolving cross-department scheduling conflicts. Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency, optimization, and alignment with engineering and production milestones. Participate in kickoff and weekly project meetings to define scheduling needs and monitor/report progress across engineering and production. Collaborate with project teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to support on-time delivery and identify critical path items. Support improvements to scheduling procedures, maintain SAP master data, and provide required schedules for monthly reporting. To succeed, you will need You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a similar function. Attention to detail and strong multitasking/prioritization abilities (non-negotiable). Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across a diverse workforce (non-negotiable). Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles, SAP project scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred) Experience with Power BI and/or prior project scheduling or production planning roles (preferred). Competitive pay: Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $91,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
