Parking CashierWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Parking Cashier who is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.Responsibilities:Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional mannerUse respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concernRelay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessaryIs quick and responsive to provide excellent customer serviceFollow all company procedures and complies with all safety regulationsIssue and/or collect visitor parking ticketsMatch visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct changeComplete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be locatedReconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawerPerform revenue drops following specific location proceduresMaintain a clean, orderly, and safe work areaAnswer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when requiredImmediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift LeadCommunicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammatesQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredNo experience required; on-the-job training providedPreferred:One (1) year of similar experience preferredAbout Us:ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
