Process Engineer

**Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US** Location: United States (Facility location to be determined) Responsibilities: Support technology transfer from the headquarters to the US manufacturing facility Provide technical support for product qualification, process implementation, and customer requirements Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to troubleshoot technical issues during production, pilot runs, and product qualification Assist in evaluating process performance, analyzing production data, and recommending process improvements Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and process specifications Coordinate with the Taiwan R&D team on product updates, technical changes, and continuous process improvements Track project progress and support cross-functional teams during new product introductions and production ramp-up Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required Willingness to complete six months of training in Taiwan prior to assignment in the U.S. Aleees offers a competitive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage plans without premium costs Starting from 14 days of PTO with 1 additional day per year worked up to 30 days maximum Family Leaves 11 national holidays Professional and career development assistance Pay: $90,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Language: Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
