This leadership role is ideal for a technical expert who excels at project delivery, client management, and mentoring engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipManage water/wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through completion.Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, and client satisfaction.Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support team development.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in industry organizations (ASCE, WEF, AWRA, etc.).Engineering & Technical OversightLead design and design-build projects including:Water/wastewater treatment facilitiesPump stationsCollection and conveyance systemsIndustrial pretreatment and wellhead treatment systemsReview technical reports, construction documents, and specifications.Support permitting, troubleshooting, system optimization, and feasibility studies.Provide occasional field oversight and contractor coordination.QualificationsBS in Engineering.10+ years of consulting engineering experience.Active PE license (California preferred).Experience with municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects.Knowledge of Federal and California regulations.Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.Reasons To ApplyLead impactful infrastructure projects.Work with a collaborative, high-performing team.Opportunity to influence technical strategy and client growth.Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.Clear path to advancement to principal.Salary: $145,000 - $200,000
