Job Description
This is not a remote position.Resound Networks LLC. is a growing wireless internet service provider (WISP) that is servicing cities throughout Texas, New Mexico and soon to be more! We are looking for a driven individual to join our in house growing team.Successful candidates will exhibit dependability, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. This position can be demanding and fast-moving, requiring someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative. Candidate must also possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team.Job Duties: The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Weekend & Evening ShiftsAnswering incoming Tier 1 Technical Support calls, creating tickets, following escalation policiesMaintaining status on open ticketsScheduling installs/service calls for all marketsAssist with billing/sales scenariosQualifications:The following qualifications are required to be considered:High school diploma or GED required.Comfortable working w/ computersGreat customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as available.Positive and professional attitudeAbility to work well in a team environmentMaintain high level of organization and time managementAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast paced work environmentSelf MotivatedPreferences: Previous experience in IT or Technical backgroundBilingualCompany DescriptionResound Networks LLC is a growing internet service provider (ISP) serving over 500 communities across 8 states.
