Job Description L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is looking to hire a Full Time Experienced Cashier for counter service.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and ascertain food orders, build orders and collect paymentAccurately and efficiently handle cash and credit cards transactionsProvide exceptional customer service, including taking and delivering orders on timeRemain professional and courteous when dealing with customersResponsible for keeping cash clean and organizedMaintain a safe, clean and organized work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience as a cashier in a high-volume settingProficient in using a cash register and other necessary toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracyExcellent communication and customer-service skillsAbility to multitask and remain organizedMust possess a positive attitude and friendly demeanorPreferences:Previous experience in fast casual restaurantPrevious Shift Leadership experienceBilingual a plusBenefits:$21 + per hour. Base pay of $16 with pooled tips averaging $5 per hourRTD EcoPassMedical, for full-time employeesFree meal every shift (over 3hours)
