Associate Partnership Solutions Coordinator - University of Texas at Arlington

Learfield is actively seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to work on campus. Our highly valued Coordinators are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displaysFulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.) as well as on-campus eventsPreparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPointUse of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entryCommunication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff.Regular communication with clients/partners to coordinate deliverablesOffice and administrative supportAssist with game day program distributionHandle other miscellaneous duties and projects as neededMinimum QualificationsExperience in a Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing related role is preferredHighly organized; able to prioritize and execute tasksHigh level of initiative, coupled with the ability to work independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility and willingness to initiate and maintain personal relationshipsFocus on attention to detail, quality over quantityAbility to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude under pressureKnowledge in Excel, Power Point and Outlook; savvy with social mediaAbility to work flexible hours, including all home men’s and women's basketball games, as well as select volleyball, baseball and softball gamesLearfield offers a full spectrum of benefits for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Other Insurance Plans, Flexible Paid Time Off (minimum 10+ days annually), including Parental Leave, 20 Paid Holidays, 401(k) + Match, and Short/Long Term Disability.
