This position focuses on machine setup and operation, maintaining product quality, and supporting day-to-day production needs in a high-volume manufacturing environment. (This role is for 3rd shift - 10PM - 6AM)This role is based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.In This Role, You WillSetup, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machinesOperate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectationsPerform first piece inspection and in-process inspections to ensure product qualityUse precision measurement and inspection equipmentFollow engineering documentation includingSupport teammates by assisting with equipment uptime and efficient production flowWork safely around moving equipment and machine components while using required PPE (protective eyewear and safety footwear)You’ll BringHigh school diploma or GED, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English6+ months related experience in a CNC / tooling / manufacturing settingWorking knowledge of decimal and metric measurements, including conversionsBasic math skills including:Addition, subtraction, multiplication, divisionFractions, decimals, and related equationsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workSolid communication skills and a reliable, team-first attitudeComfort working independently under direct supervisionPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology3 to 5 years CNC tool and cutter grinding experienceWhere You’ll WorkYou’ll work in a manufacturing environment in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with exposure to moving equipment, machine parts, and varying temperatures (heat/cold). PPE is required, and overtime may be required or available based on business needs.Compensation begins at $18.49 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Candidates with strong manufacturing or CNC backgrounds may be considered at a higher starting rate.
