Work includes direct responsibility for menu planning; staff scheduling; and for purchasing, storing, preparing, and serving food on a daily basis.Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:A high school diploma or its equivalentEight (8) years of industry and culinary management experience including profit and loss accountability; or progressive, responsible food service experience can substitute for the required degree; or a combination of education and/or experience.A Bachelor's degree in Institution Management, Food and Nutrition, or culinary degree from an institution accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is preferred and may substitute for two (2) to four (4) years of the required degree.
