In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Location: Morrisville, NCSchedule: OnsitePay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + career growth opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoLead and support daily overwrap production operations to achieve quality and production goalsCoach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountabilityCoordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training activitiesMonitor production schedules, equipment performance, and operational efficiencyTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain production reporting related to quality, downtime, and operational performancePartner with cross-functional teams including Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, and ITSupport staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee performance managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and workflow optimizationEnsure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and company policiesWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of manufacturing experience with prior supervisory experience preferredExperience in overwrap production or related printing/manufacturing environments strongly preferredStrong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflow coordinationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentKnowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferredWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card manufacturer in the world.
