We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, innovative solutions, and supporting a wide range of industries.SummaryAs a Service Dispatcher / Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department. This position is responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and the service team to deliver timely and high-quality service.Responsibilities✓ Promote a professional, customer-focused experience while maintaining accountability and trust.✓ Answer incoming service calls and create detailed service tickets for technicians.✓ Prioritize and dispatch service calls based on urgency, customer needs, and scope of work.✓ Communicate with customers regarding job status, timelines, and service updates.✓ Provide service solutions to help minimize customer downtime.✓ Coordinate with technicians on job progress, parts availability, and scheduling.✓ Review and present repair estimates to customers.✓ Communicate with sales teams regarding customer equipment and service needs.✓ Review and process work orders for accurate and timely invoicing.✓ Support service department operations and perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:✓ Prior experience as a service technician or mechanic preferred.✓ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.✓ Excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and email.✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.✓ Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.✓ Knowledge of the material handling industry preferred.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSalary:$50,000 – $65,000 per year
