This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures while delivering advanced AI and Generative AI solutions that improve customer and employee experiences.The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise architecture, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), application modernization, and AI technologies with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Modernization & Cloud TransformationAssess and modernize legacy applications using cloud-native architecture patterns.Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings and Gemini Enterprise for customer experience initiatives.Lead migration of on-premises applications and services to Microsoft Azure.Transform monolithic applications into microservices and API-driven architectures.Develop application modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer experience strategies.Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and operational best practices.Cloud Architecture (Azure & GCP)Architect resilient, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions on Azure.Design cloud platforms leveraging:Azure App ServicesAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Azure FunctionsAzure API ManagementAzure SQLAzure Cosmos DBAzure Integration ServicesImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep.Lead cloud adoption strategies focused on security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.AI & Generative AI SolutionsDesign and implement AI-enabled business capabilities using Gemini Enterprise for CX, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.Develop Generative AI solutions including:Enterprise copilotsIntelligent assistantsDocument intelligence platformsKnowledge management systemsImplement advanced AI architectures using:Azure AI SearchVector databasesSemantic KernelRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Establish responsible AI governance, security frameworks, monitoring standards, and compliance controls.Identify opportunities to enhance customer and employee experiences through AI-driven automation and insights.Integration & Data ArchitectureDesign enterprise integration solutions leveraging:Azure API ManagementLogic AppsService BusEvent GridEvent HubsEnable secure hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.Architect real-time and batch integration solutions across enterprise platforms.Design modern data architectures utilizing:Azure SQLCosmos DBMicrosoft FabricAzure Synapse AnalyticsAzure Data FactoryDevSecOps & Platform EngineeringEstablish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Integrate security and compliance controls throughout the software development lifecycle.Implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using:Azure MonitorLog AnalyticsApplication InsightsPromote DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and platform engineering best practices across teams.Required QualificationsExperience10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise application delivery.5+ years of hands-on experience designing cloud architectures on Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI and Generative AI solutions.Demonstrated success leading large-scale application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.Experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms and enterprise integration solutions.Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and influence enterprise technology strategy.
