Maintenance/Changeover Crew The Maintenance/Changeover Crew position provides building custodial maintenance. The Maintenance Team provides setup and changeover of the building from one event to the next.This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 to $16.00.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until May 22, 2026.Responsibilities Responsible for keeping the facility at a presentable level of cleanliness and sanitationOperate and maintain all cleaning devicesResponsible for complete facility changeover as required by the event schedule and facility guidelinesAssist with emergency repairs to Arena equipment to ensure the success of a changeoverPerforms craft services such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor carpentry, and paintingMake scheduled equipment rounds and log pertinent operating dataQualifications Interpersonal skills are necessary to deal effectively with guests, vendors, staff, and other facility usersBe reliable, honest, dependable, and punctualBe a self-starter; have the ability to take directions, and be able to work with minimal supervision; Be able to work in small and large groups to complete required tasks within time constraints and in a safe mannerWilling to work a flexible schedule, mainly nights, weekends, and extra hours as needed, and work in variable weather conditionsBe able to lift and carry equipment and supplies of up to 80 pounds on a regular basisKnowledge of general tools necessary to perform changeovers in the arena. Knowledge of all cleaning supplies needed for sweeping, seat cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and wall and glass cleaning.
