They specialize heavily in grocery and retail remodels-particularly multi-phase Kroger renovations-throughout Nashville, Knoxville, and surrounding southeastern states. The company is licensed across several states and is known for delivering interior remodels, storefront upgrades, refrigeration case work, and fast-turnover retail renovations.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for remodel and renovation projects across the Southeast.Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily jobsite documentation.Oversee phased interior work including demolition, build-back, finishes, casework, and fixture installations.Coordinate closely with project managers, store leadership, and vendors to minimize operational disruption.Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.Travel regularly (weekly) to out-of-town jobsites as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
