In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts — from first discovery through close — selling Crosschq's Hiring Intelligence platform to CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, and senior People leaders at large organizations.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a company that is defining the Quality of Hire category. You will work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts.What You'll DoNew Business & Pipeline DevelopmentOwn and manage a territory of enterprise target accounts (1,000+ employees), running a full sales cycle from prospecting through contract executionWork with HCM Partner organizations (Workday, Paradox, SAP) to create co-selling opportunitiesPartner with SDRs and Marketing to build and execute targeted account-based selling motions into HR and Talent Acquisition leadershipDevelop multi-threaded relationships within complex organizations, engaging CHRO, VP TA, HR Ops, and IT/Procurement stakeholdersAccurately forecast pipeline and close rates in Salesforce, maintaining rigorous CRM hygieneSolution Selling & Value CreationLead compelling discovery conversations to uncover enterprise clients' Quality of Hire challenges, hiring analytics gaps, and workforce planning needsCollaborate with Solutions Engineering to design tailored demos and POCs that map Crosschq's platform capabilities to each buyer's specific use casesCraft ROI-oriented business cases that quantify the value of Hiring Intelligence improvements — including reduced time-to-hire, lower mis-hire costs, and better new hire retentionNavigate complex procurement cycles involving legal, security, and IT review with confidenceStrategic Account GrowthIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with Customer Success to drive upsell and cross-sell across Crosschq's full product suiteServe as a strategic advisor to clients, sharing Crosschq's point of view on Quality of Hire best practices and the future of talent analyticsRepresent Crosschq at industry events, HR technology conferences, and customer roundtablesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success closing six-figure ACV deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota ($1M+ ARR)Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or HCM buyers; familiarity with the HR tech ecosystem (ATS, HCM, recruiting analytics) strongly preferredStrong command of consultative and solution-selling methodologies (MEDDPPIC, Challenger, or similar)Excellent executive presence and communication skills — comfortable presenting alone to C-suite and VP-level audiencesProficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement tools (Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience selling to HR and talent leadership at Fortune 1000 or enterprise-scale organizationsExperience selling Human Capital Management and/or ERP platformsHistory of building a territory from scratch or in a high-growth, category-defining startupWhat Makes You Successful HereYou are genuinely curious about how AI and data can transform the way organizations hire and develop peopleYou thrive in a fast-moving environment and are energized by building — processes, relationships, and pipeline — rather than managing steady stateYou lead with insight and bring a point of view to every conversation, not just a product pitchYou are a team player who invests in the success of SDRs, SEs, and CSMs around you, knowing that enterprise sales is a team sportYou hold yourself accountable to outcomes and communicate proactively — wins, losses, and lessons learnedYou are motivated by success - both for your customer and in your roleCompensation & BenefitsCrosschq offers competitive compensation with a base salary + uncapped commission structure, along with equity participation.Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience and location)OTE: $280,000 – $360,000 (uncapped commission above target)• Equity (stock options)• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance• Flexible PTO + company holidays• Remote-first culture with home office stipend• Company-sponsored travel to customer sites, conferences, and team offsitesWhy CrosschqWe are at an inflection point.
