Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties: - Greet customers and provide them with menus - Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers - Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales Requirements: - Previous experience in food handling or restaurant service is preferred - Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team as a Server/Cashier and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment.
