We are currently looking for a high-energy Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is primarily focused on table service, with some light bartending responsibilities, and is perfect for someone who thrives on creating great guest experiences and wants to continue building their bartending skills. *What you'll do* This is a part-time position that will primarily be scheduled for day shifts. We would also love someone who has some flexibility and availability to help cover additional shifts when needed. * Provide friendly, attentive table service in a fast-paced brew pub environment * Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive * Deliver knowledgeable service about our food, beer, and beverage offerings * Assist with light bartending duties as needed * Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience * Maintain a clean, organized service area and follow all health and safety standards *What we're looking for* * High energy and a genuine passion for hospitality * Someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to stay organized and positive during busy shifts * Someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable experiences *Requirements* * Must be 21 years of age or older * Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain before starting * Valid OLCC Alcohol Service Permit or ability to obtain before starting * Minimum 2 years' server experience * Minimum 1 year light bartending experience *What we offer* * Starting wage of 15.05 per hour plus high tip earning potential * Opportunities to continue learning and building bartending skills through hands-on experience * A supportive and team-oriented work environment * Discounted meals while working If you are interested in this position and feel that you have the applicable skills and experience, apply today.
