Job Title: Registered ArchitectJob DescriptionThis position offers an opportunity for a Registered Architect with 3–10 years of professional experience to join a growing, collaborative team and progressively take ownership of full project lifecycles. You will initially work closely with senior leadership to learn the firm’s processes and standards, then grow into independently managing projects from design through construction. The role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, proactive, and motivated to expand both design and project coordination responsibilities while contributing to a diverse range of architectural projects.ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality architectural design and construction drawings across all project phases, from conceptual design through construction administration.Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and coordination sets that clearly communicate design intent and technical requirements.Review, coordinate, and prepare timely, accurate responses to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.Conduct regular site visits to observe construction progress, verify compliance with design intent, and document findings.Attend and actively participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts, technical solutions, and project updates in a clear and professional manner.Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure coordinated, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, helping to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.Work under the guidance of upper management initially, then progressively assume greater responsibility for independently managing full project lifecycles.Essential SkillsRegistered Architect (RA) license.3–10 years of professional architectural experience.Strong proficiency in architectural design and documentation, including the ability to produce complete, coordinated drawing sets.Proficiency with AutoCAD (required) for design and construction documentation.Experience with Revit (preferred) for modeling and documentation.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients, consultants, and internal teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing drawings, documentation, and project information.Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to address design and construction challenges in a timely manner.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegreed architect with a professional architectural degree.Experience working across multiple project types, contributing to a diverse project portfolio.Interest in continuing education and professional development to stay current with industry standards and tools.Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently as project responsibilities increase.Comfort presenting in client-facing settings, including design reviews and project update meetings.Work EnvironmentThe role follows a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote each week, supporting both collaboration and focused work time. The team uses AutoCAD as a core tool, with Revit as an additional platform for design and documentation. The environment emphasizes professional growth, including opportunities for continuing education and development toward independently managing projects.
