Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership and participating in test drives with interested customers.Duties/Responsibilities:Greet customers arriving at the dealershipShowcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customersAnswer customer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase processAccompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practicesNegotiate prices and trade-in values for customers' vehiclesCoordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership optionsContact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehiclesGenerate new business leadsAdditional duties as needed to support the sale of vehicles and activities of the sales team.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent communication skills including active listening.Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.Must have a valid driver's license.Must be at least 22 years of age.Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.Bilingual English/Spanish preferredEducation and Licenses:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience required.Houston Sales License - Can be obtained at time of hirePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Equal Employment Opportunity
