Space Program Budget & Execution Analyst

SAIC's Horizon 2 program in El Segundo, CA seeks a Programming Planning Budgeting Execution Analyst to support the US Space Force on a new surveillance satellite system. You will develop and execute financial plans for multiple satellite vehicles over the next 5–10 years, serving as a SME in PPBE and related DoD budgeting activities. You will interact with program managers, contracting officers, system engineers, and external partners, coordinating POM inputs, budget reviews, and status reports
