Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer (Remote Eligible)Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite Subject Matter Expert specializing in Accounts Payable. This role requires deep expertise in payment processing, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and NACHA file generation, as well as a strong understanding of Oracle concurrent processing and job dependencies. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing delays or failures in processing workflows, identifying root causes, and recommending remediation strategies to restore operations and prevent recurrence.Responsibilities:• Extensive experience as an Oracle eBusiness Suite Subject Matter Expert implementing Financial modules including Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Accounting (PA), and General Ledger (GL).• Lead project teams to develop, plan, and manage critical technical and functional tasks.• Prepare and deliver technical materials and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.• Serve as a technical lead in meetings related to complex system initiatives or problem resolution efforts.• Own responsibility for resolving advanced technical issues within the Oracle eBusiness Suite environment.• Respond to and resolve incidents using enterprise service management tools.• Diagnose and correct system issues in collaboration with internal teams and external support partners.• Support flexible working hours as needed to meet operational or project needs.• Perform work in accordance with established secure coding standards and software delivery frameworks.• Support financial and payment systems through application development, enhancements, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.• Deliver time?sensitive work products and technical outputs.• Provide leadership and guidance in the use of development lifecycle tools, version control, and application lifecycle management practices.Required Experience Level:• Minimum of 13 years of experience developing custom objects and code in Oracle eBusiness Suite.• Proven experience as an SME implementing Oracle Financial modules including PO, AR, AP, FA, PA, and GL.• Strong background designing solutions for complex business requirements using standard Oracle functionality whenever possible.• Expert?level proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.• Deep understanding of payment processing methods including EFT and NACHA file standards.• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery models and enterprise IT service management platforms.• Experience with messaging queues, APIs, and flat file integration patterns.Additional Skills / Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.• Ability to operate independently on high?visibility or mission?critical initiatives.• Experience leading or overseeing the work of technical teams.• Experience training and mentoring junior or mid?level technical staff.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Provisions:• Authorization to work in the United States required.• Ability to pass required employment suitability and background screening.• Continued employment contingent on maintaining required access authorization.• Standard full?time work schedule with flexibility based on project needs.
