We are currently looking for the right person to fill an Escrow Assistant position to support our closing and construction operations in South Dakota.Responsibilities to include: Monitoring Construction inboxReplying to lender/contractor inquiriesReviewing and entering invoices to be paidPerforming searches at the county levelIssuing payments to contractorsTracking executed lien waiversPerforming file auditsDaily Deliveries Deliver closed loan documents to local lendersMake daily deposits to local banksCompany delivery vehicle providedPost Closing Duties Sorting and reviewing closed loan documents to ensure proper signatures and initials from borrowers and notaries were obtainedDisbursement of closed loan packagesUploading documents to lender portalsScanning of loan documents into company softwarePackaging of loan documents to be shipped to lendersVarious other Escrow Assistant duties as needed.Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
