Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Dorchester, WI. The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering teams, manage projects, guide product development, and ensure successful integration of systems and technologies. Responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize engineering processes, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams for timely project execution. Qualifications Experience in Engineering Management and strong Team Leadership skillsKnowledge of Software Development processes and best practicesProficient in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigationUnderstanding of Integration processes and ensuring seamless system compatibilityExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in the manufacturing or agricultural equipment industry is a plus
