Mayfield Spine Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time Operating Room Manager!No Weekends, no call, no holidays!Welcome to Mayfield Spine Surgery Center!Mayfield Spine Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment.Operating Room Manager at Mayfield Spine Surgery CenterThe primary responsibilities of this position include the direction of nursing care and all related activities which result in patient and physician satisfaction, coordinating the availability of all equipment needs according to physician requests, providing for maintenance of adequate drugs and supplies, education and supervision of personnel, and environmental control.Position DutiesSupervises and directs nursing care given to patients within the department, according to nursing principles.Provides optimal qualified personnel for the Operating RoomAssists in the provision and control of supplies and equipment needed for optimal operation.Promotes educational opportunities and staff development.Maintains a safe environment for patients and personnel.Assists with administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursing preferredCurrent state licensure requiredGraduate of accredited school of nursing requiredManagement experience preferredTwo years of operating room nursing experience preferredWhat We Offer:As a valued member of USPI, your health and well‑being are important to us.
