DevOps/SRE Engineer

Job Description:Own day-to-day operations and reliability of our GCP infrastructureMaintain and improve our Kubernetes clusters (deployments, scaling, observability, cost)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer toolingConsolidate infrastructure from multiple teams into a single unified devops functionMature our release management and synthetic monitoringPartner with engineering and support on performance, security, and incident responseContribute to our roadmap for infrastructure, deployment, and platform reliabilityEstablish and participate in an on-call rotation for production infrastructureDefine and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error BudgetsRequirements:3–5 years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experienceProficiency with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL, etc.)Strong Kubernetes experience in production environmentsTerraform or other IaC experiencePython for tooling and automationExperience with observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)Comfort working independentlyProduction experience at enterprise scaleUS-based, able to work core hours overlapping with Mountain TimeBackground in security-conscious environments (nice to have)Startup or small-team experience preferred (nice to have)Benefits:Health & Dental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)Life InsuranceUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Parental Leave401(k) plan with Company MatchStudent Loan ReimbursementHome Office StipendEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and mental health resources
