Program Manager (Journeyman)*

Overview As a Program Manager (Journeyman) at SierTeK, you will support AFRL programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, managing research, development, testing, and evaluation activities. You’ll work within a DoD-focused team to ensure program milestones, schedules, and performance meet contract requirements. The role offers exposure to DoD/AFRL projects and relies on you to drive compliant, efficient program execution. This position is part of a bid-response context and may adapt to awarded contract terms, with a focus on integrity and continuous improvement.
