We care deeply about culture, relationships, and doing excellent work.Role DescriptionWe're hiring an Experienced Bookkeeper / Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, with a flexible and hybrid schedule.This isn't a background processing role. You'll own a set of client accounts, manage real relationships, and be a trusted point of contact for the business owners we serve. You'll work closely with our internal team to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and help us continue building and refining systems as we grow.What You'll DoManage a dedicated set of client accounts from month to monthOversee reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statementsManage journal entries and support payroll processingMaintain and update accounting software, ensuring compliance and accuracyCommunicate directly with clients to understand and meet their specific needsCollaborate with the internal team to refine systems and support firm growthWhat We're Looking ForQuickBooks experience is required - this is non-negotiableProficiency in bookkeeping, financial statements, and journal entriesStrong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory complianceOrganized, detail-oriented, and genuinely reliable - you take pride in accuracyComfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with a small teamSelf-directed - growth here is real, but it comes from your initiative
