Specialist, RX Call Center
With direct supervision from a supervisor, the Rx Call Center Specialist provides support and assistance to retail, manufacturing and wholesale clients, as well as Third Party logistics or other organizations regarding their pharmaceutical returns. The incumbent must be detailed-oriented, organized, empathetic, remain calm under pressure and be a creative problem solver.This hybrid position requires the associate to work from the downtown Winton-Salem office 4 days a week.Primary AccountabilitiesResponsible for professionally answering a large volume of incoming client calls and responding with accurate informationCreate Salesforce cases for all calls and document thoroughly updates and resolutionsIdentify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternativesDe-escalate any calls from dissatisfied clientsAssist in guiding clients through our web applications and assist in troubleshooting when neededCreate access for our web applicationsIdentify and escalate priority issues to managementRoute callers to the appropriate resourceAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsRequired QualificationsAssociates Associates Degree required1-3 years of related work experience working directly with clients in a call center or customer service environmentProficient with Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeProficient with SalesforceKnowledge of call center telephony and technologyPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
