Driver
Job Description
The Driver supports daily field operations by transporting employees, coordinating dispatch activities, promoting safety compliance, and serving as a liaison between job sites and branch leadership. This role ensures employees arrive safely, job sites are properly equipped, and operational communication flows efficiently between the field and office. Transport & Field Operations · Transport employees safely to and from job sites, events, and branch locations. · Plan daily routes and coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure employees arrive on time. · Perform wellness and safety checks at job sites, including PPE verification and hydration monitoring. · Conduct safety observations, report hazards, and support incident documentation Inventory & Equipment · Track and manage tools, PPE, supplies, and field inventory. · Perform vehicle inspections, cleaning, and maintenance coordination. Skills / Qualifications: · Valid driver's license with clean driving record. · Ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers. · Strong route planning, navigation, and time management skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. · Basic computer and mobile technology skills (GPS, email, time systems). · Experience in staffing, construction, field operations, or logistics preferred. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. · Safety-minded and observant. · Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
