Program Management Coordinator

Program Management CoordinatorObjectiveThe Program Management Administrator provides administrative and operational support to Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with customer and company requirements. This role plays a critical part in coordinating documentation, tracking program metrics, facilitating communication, and supporting compliance requirements throughout the program lifecycle.Special Work Conditions and Americans with Disabilities RequirementsOffice and manufacturing environmentMay require occasional time on the shop floorAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsConstant repetitive use of hands, wrists, and armsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistanceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Program Managers across multiple programs or projectsMaintain program schedules, action item logs, risk registers, and meeting minutesCoordinate internal and customer meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-upTrack program deliverables, milestones, and due dates; elevate issues as neededPrepare and maintain program documentation, presentations, and status reportsServe as a liaison between Program Management and internal departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance)Maintain access to customer portals and input PO's and download customer engineering as neededSupport customer communication by organizing correspondence, data requests, and reportingAssist with change management activities, including tracking scope, schedule, and cost impactsEnsure program documentation is controlled and compliant with internal procedures and customer requirementsSupport audits, reviews, and customer or regulatory reporting as requiredMaintain data accuracy in ERP, MRP, or project management systemsRequired Skills and QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience working with ERP/MRP or project management toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsStrong problem-solving and follow-up skillsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a regulated environmentFamiliarity with program or project management methodologiesKnowledge of AS9100, ISO, or customer-specific compliance requirementsExperience supporting customer-facing programsNote: This description indicates, in general terms, the type and level of work performed and responsibilities held by the employee(s).
