HVAC Installation Manager | $90,000 - $120,000 SalaryWork Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | some evenings & weekends Position Overview:Oversee all Plumbing and HVAC Installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.Monitor daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient resource allocations.Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance Manager to ensure a steady flow of leads from the service department team.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Conduct field visits to observe project progress and address issues proactively.Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.Train team members to identify and act on sales opportunities and processes.Support supervisors in resolving complex technical and customer service challenges.Collaborate with supervisors to establish best practices for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Monitor labor and material budgets to ensure the profitability of the department.Working daily in Service Titan; our cloud-based CRM.Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. | Redlands CA.For over 127 years, we've proudly served our local community, with 90% of our work performed within 30 miles of home.
