Overview: Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5-6 years of experience in software development with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/technical lead role.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.Proficiency in front-end frameworks: React.js / Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred/Good to HaveExperience with Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and performance tuning.Ability to conduct architecture reviews and suggest improvements.
